We are focused on working with partners in the government and human services sectors that meet people at the intersections of our criminal-legal and behavioral health systems. Especially those organizations exploring Alternatives to Incarceration (ATI), including diversion from incarceration and into behavioral health treatment, services, and recovery. 

We seek to help California counties develop effective Community Program Planning (CPP) processes required by the updated Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA). Our goal is to increase community awareness, stakeholder engagement, and meaningful participation—especially among consumers, families, and community partners—to ensure accessible, high-quality behavioral health services and resources.

These efforts aim to increase stakeholder awareness and engagement through informed strategies and accessible resources.

Separately, we support data-driven strategies for California’s community behavioral health service agencies and providers that are focused on raising awareness about behavioral health challenges, empowering stakeholders in strategic planning and evaluation, and enhancing consumer access to behavioral health services.
