Our pilot focuses on mapping data generated, used, and potentially useful within our criminal-legal system. We seek to better inform decision makers and service providers long-term by modeling an open-source framework to help facilitate stopping the intake of new and returning inmates, and helping reintegrate those exiting back into our community.
We offer a range of services centered on a foundation of our custom research and reporting. We seek clients that need information found in current or legacy government documents – such as meeting agendas. minutes, support documents, and other digital content – to help them keep their finger on the pulse of topics they care about most.
We created this alcohol-outlet licensing and enforcement open-data portal to help advocates and local government users make sense of disparate data from a variety of sources. Our pilot is centered on the City of Los Angeles yet is capable of serving every California county. Now, anyone can query, map, and create visualizations to print or download.
